Introductory Phase

Understanding our clients and their project, answering questions and setting expectations

We’ll begin with a complimentary phone call to discuss your project, review your needs and determine if our firm is a good fit. If you choose to proceed, you’ll receive a welcome letter outlining our services and pricing, along with a request to complete a detailed client questionnaire. This questionnaire will help us understand the scope of your project and vision for your home — the aesthetic direction, functional needs, budget and timeline.

Next we’ll step into your home for an in-home consultation to truly get a feel for your space and how you’d like to see it transformed. We’ll discuss the client questionnaire and ask follow-up questions, take initial measurements, review our contract and answer any last questions.
‍
This phase concludes with a signed contract and retainer, with everyone ready to dive into the creative work of the Conceptual Design Phase.
